On the other hand, those with a dominant Pitta constitution should consume cashews in moderation, as they can be overly heating. Cashews, being oily and heavy, may exacerbate Kapha dominance and should be enjoyed in limited quantities by such individuals.

2. Almonds:
Almonds, especially when soaked and with their skin removed, provide nourishment and grounding benefits for Vata-dominant individuals. For those with a dominant Pitta constitution, soaked almonds are preferable. Almonds, with their astringent quality, are generally suitable for Kapha-dominant individuals but should still be consumed in moderation.

3. Walnuts:
Vata-dominant individuals should exercise moderation when consuming walnuts due to their slightly astringent nature, which may lead to constipation. While walnuts are warm and nourishing, individuals with a dominant Pitta constitution should consume them in small amounts. Dates are heavy and sweet, so individuals with a dominant Kapha constitution should consume them in limited quantities.
